Offshore Installations

LC Hydraulics and Pirtek Northland has a proven track record with overseas installations, showing a quick response and adaptable approach to any project, including those off shore.

One such project was the emergency repair of a super yacht hydraulic system out of Rome, Italy. This involved overhauling the yacht’s hydraulic repair systems, due to catastrophic failure, including the bow thruster, windless, capstan and pasarela.

Another such project was the refit and installation of a complete winch hydraulic circuit on a RIO Tinto tug boat in 2009, based out of Karatha, Western Australia. LC Hydraulics and Pirtek Northland were involved with this project for two one month periods, ensuring the tug was once again ready for service on departure.
